Sign In

You can register with 4yourguests easily and straightforwardly without installing software or downloading an app and then use all functions immediately.

CREATE MENU

First, create all meals and drinks with description texts and prices under “Menus”. Then divide the positions into different categories and cards. You can add more food and drinks at any time, deactivate existing ones, compile new menus and much more. Alternatively, you can simply upload PDFs of your existing menus. In the future, you can use the Menu & More design templates to give your menu a special look. This function is currently under construction.

PLACE QR CODE

As soon as the menu is ready, the QR code is generated automatically. Once created, it always remains the same and can be used on your website and in printed form, for example as a table stand. In addition to the menu, you will also receive codes for guest registration.

Your guests can scan the QR code with their smartphone and go to guest registration first and then to the current menu afterwards.

GUEST REGISTRATION

Contactless, without annoying paperwork! With this function, 4yourguests offers you a service that saves time and money. Your guests register with QR codes for check-in / check-out before they even select the menu. The data is stored in compliance with the GDPR and deleted after a period of time specified by you, a maximum of 12 weeks.

ORDERING SYSTEM

Using a button on your website and in your social media channels, your guests can compose their order with just a few clicks based on the daily updated digital menu and place their orders in-house or take-away. The digital gastro tool is constantly being expanded, functions such as payment solution and an in-house delivery system are currently being launched.

TABLE-RESERVATION

Guests can simply reserve a table on the go or from home via a link. Your staff is therefore less busy with telephone reservations. In addition, with the 4yourguests dashboard you always have an overview of the workload of your company and can plan capacities and menus even more precisely, assign employees and create duty rosters.

In order for the guests to be able to view the menu you have created, you need sufficient internet access. Internet use of mobile data can be restricted, especially in closed rooms. Please test beforehand whether the guests in your guest rooms have reception and, if necessary, offer a WiFi option so that they can connect.

Please check if you have entered the correct email address. If you do not have the e-mail in your mailbox, it could also be in your SPAM folder.

The guests do not need an app for 4yourguests, they only need to be able to scan a QR code with their smartphone.

The data is retained for a maximum of 12 weeks. However, this is up to you. You can set how long the data is saved within a period of 2-12 weeks.

4yourguests makes it possible to manage multiple locations simultaneously. A separate menu with its own QR code is then created for each location. The user can then switch between the locations and thus manage the individual functions.
